With an esteemed career as a composer, musician, producer and co-writer, Ivor Novello nominated Thomas Slinger has within recent years become one of the most forward-thinking personnel operating within the industry. Proving his credentials most notably with his production and co-write on “Daisy” by Ashnikko (her first top-40 single and now platinum in the US), with further work on four tracks on her recent album DEMIDEVIL.

Alongside working in the studio with Ashnikko on her forthcoming album, and other artists including Rina Sawayama, Avelino and Suzi Wu, Thomas has also continued to handle multiple releases that encapsulate his eclectic abilities through various artist projects.

From the original and still continuing incarnation of Slinger (a blend of the bombastic/electronic fuelled riffs that established him on Skrillex, Zane Lowe, and Diplo’s radars) through to his work under Autonomy (a blend of beautifully crafted string arrangements with electronic soundscapes with regular homes on DSP playlists worldwide) - his latest project The Sanctuary has blended both areas in a reminiscence of Tourist, George FitzGerald, Jon Hopkins, and Bonobo.With standout single “Kora”, Thomas connects and crafts mature electronic layers with beautifully honed hybrid orchestral arrangements to flex the production capabilities he’s taken on over the last few years. With the backing of Radio 1 and incredibly strong DSP support the project has connected with the public and validates the hard work over the years to hone his craft. A debut EP is due in Autumn 2022.
